Last November, I was fortunate enough to capture Priya and Mitchell’s beautiful Fall engagement session at McConnell’s Mill State Park in Portersville, PA. These two are so in love and I’m so happy I got to spend the entire day with them!

[H2]Priya & Mitchell’s Fall Engagement Session on Cleland Rock

I was so excited when Priya contacted me to do their engagement session! She actually found me on Instagram @krystalhealyphotography and reached out. Priya wanted to do an outdoor session for their engagement photo shoot and I immediately thought of some of my favorite places — McConnell’s Mill being one of them. Nestled near the old mill and the surrounding walking trails is the picturesque Cleland Rock!

Cleland Rock is an amazing overlook located in McConnell’s Mill State Park. It sits 400 feet above the creek below, atop the rim of the Slippery Rock Creek Gorge.

The view from the overlook is absolutely breathtaking. From the top of the rocks, we were greeted with a gorgeous scenic view down into the Slippery Rock Gorge at its deepest point. It’s almost 400 feet down! We were incredibly lucky to be able to snag a few photos just as the perfect lighting was hitting the rocks!

I loved all of the fall colors that surrounded us during their autumn engagement session. McConnell’s Mill is incredibly gorgeous in the fall, and I wanted to make sure we captured that beauty. Of course, it wasn’t really too hard since Priya and Mitchell are such a beautiful couple!

I can tell these guys really love each other. The way Mitchell stared into Priya’s eyes during a few of the shots, there was no doubt in my mind that these two were going to make an incredible married couple. It just felt like it came so easy to them.

Mitchell and Priya, I’m so excited for the two of you! Thank you so much for letting me capture these wonderful moments on film. After this shooting this engagement session, I just know you two have what it takes to keep your love strong.
